On RC4 LumenDim devices, the Connect RF button, sometimes also called the RF Connect, or RFcon button, is used to pair and unpair CRMX transmitters and receivers.  LumenRadio devices call this the Link Button.  The LumenRadio quickstart guide provides more information.
